beloved gaze 666

Beloved, gaze at the rainy clouds, they forsooth what shall be...
Quenched and wet from salty mud, lays but stained Ivory keep...
Never are late these drops of rain, to endow upon me feeling rue
The storm that gathers above those clouds are the visions coming true.
The ground, the rain, and all of hue, of clouds and heavens I held for you.
All infinite promises and flattery too, bare a handful sand that slowly falls through.
Childish knowledge of rise and fall, seems true, brightest stars fall deep
And in their tails keep our wish, but when they fall it is on us to think
That their tail is in forest, away and deep.

So this life must be trap, all these sunken ships,
With names of eternity, and every moment to another is demise.
Even rocks drown in deserts of time.
So is it to trust all these blinking lights,
That with merit and joy every child’s heart strike
Because they bequeath you no after-thought?
Or is it better to place empty lines in song of our thoughts
And fill them with passing faces by needs outlined,
And carry on with verse, ‘til all song is gone?
Should I wage war with those standing stones,
That by each dawn hides my face in their shadows long?
And where to find strengths to move my legs cold
And to break roots they so long to keep?

Why should my cries be uttered?
The air replaces them by sounds more polite
And why should tombstone be planted there
Instead of flowers that live till dusk?
‘Cos such is fate of all things humane,
Much as human, and all things made by him,
Everything’s here to linger in time,
And to be clasped by time’s hands ravish.

But beloved gaze in thine own heart...
Cos there within, all sky is clear
Stark raindrops adorn evergreen leaf,
And the whispers echoes in eternity,
From the smallest thing, the roots of sapling
To the sliding drop from leaf,
Hitting ground, dissolving it…
…a song of universe, resounding.

Lovers, whereof sprouts thine tree,
If but not from ebb of eternity?
Shade receded from your Sun,
The shade of your past,
And you burn so brightly,
You melt the turmoils of stormy night.
Making tranquil this scene pristine,
Flame’s tounges twixt this old tree,
Nourishing it, making gold look green.

Capsize the years by your touch,
And with sweet smell of Mastic,
Upon that moment, upon that hill,
That traversed 50 miles, to deliver a kiss,
Inclined by yearning, of our grasp.
“I” was amiss!

How can my thoughts belong to me?
Why do I dare to outlive my body,
When no future holds the ground to keep
This everbeating heart that drives these feet?
And why do we try still to see the face beyond mists,
That are thicker by this walk steep?

But still, we all readily do forget that
No wanton desires can unfold and desert the present
Hence, our souls into each other woven,
Outspread to make eternity by themselves
And with their fire, and with God’s smile,
We melt the sky, rain and grey clouds,
And the air resounds this love of the present.

Hark! Tis their one heart beating, tolling wind chimes
They lay together in each other, perfectly still,
Nourished by the feeling, twixt the tree.
Lovers! Entwined!

And how could you be so foolish, to rush the fabric of time?
Wanting to unravel it, your nails dig deep in,
And such that face that was your calling,
A face of colorful wool and strings,
To tear apart, and lavishly rue, then wherever may it be.
And Lovers, how did your solutude dared to question,
The existence of each other’s being?

Gaze into your hearts still,
Doesn’t this wheel turns inside it?
And where words are empty to hear,
There they echo by every living thing.
Do not cherish this love-feeling nor nourish it
Surely it will follow you still, wherever may you be.
